It's time to get to work folks. For those of you in California, I'm going to sign up for a road trip to Nevada to register voters and would love to have some of you join me. The campaign is coordinating the trips and even has transportation and limited free housing (otherwise group discount rates for hotels where we'd stay with other volunteers). My cousins and I are also planning to go to Colorodo to sign up voters. We plan to work during the day and party at night, so the more that come along the merrier. I know some of you live in swing states (ok, just Chad, but ya...) so I hope you're using your time to volunteer and register people. The poll numbers for today are admittedly a result of the conventions and should even out more, but the fact is that we've got a lot of work to do. Please, please, please don't get lazy now.
