Obama's New T.V. Ad - Emphasis on His Record

Hillary Clinton keeps subtly pushing the “I’m the only person who’s done anything” storyline. It's absolute nonsense. This ad does a good job of highlighting Obama's record. Obama sponsored over 200 bills on Health Care while in the Illinois Senate and over 100 on poverty. In the U.S. Senate he passed not only major ethics lobbying reform, but he was against the resolution paving the way for war with Iran, and also received higher marks from the league of conservation voters than Hillary.

Ya, me too. It's apparently running nationally on CNN these days.

On a random sidenote, I was thinking that if Al Gore would jump in and endorse Barack a few days after South Carolina it could propel him to the nomination. The Al Gore of today is much more loved than the Al Gore that endorsed Howard Dean a few years back and all articles I've read about Gore indicate that he and the Clintons don't have the best of relationships. Btw, what's up with the 20 minute meeting that Hillary and Edwards had after the last debate? I don't think Edwards would endorse Hillary after the way he snapped at her as being a symbol for the status quo in New Hampshire, but then again who knows.
