There should be nothing partisan about valuing Health Care, Clean Energy, and a respectable Foreign Policy, these are values that the whole country can unite behind if the right leader calls them to it. Obama did not say that Reagan had good ideas, he said that he was a transformational figure who was able to unite the country to rally behind his ideas.
