Here are my thoughts from a few days ago on the state of the race in general and on Texas, Ohio and the contests yet to come. The thoughts are from before yesterday, but I had anticipated yesterday's outcome so I still feel the same way about things. I basically think that we need to keep a lead of 100 pledged delegates to be able to secure the nomination come the Democratic convention where everything is finalized. And for those curious, most sources have us leading with about 40 some odd delegates even with Super Delegates included.
